We collect your personal data to provide and constantly improve our products and services.

We recommend that you use a unique password for your Micropos (Crossware) account that you don't use for other online accounts. Always make sure you're logged out when you're done using a computer you've shared with others.
You can access your data which includes your name, your address, your phone number, your email address, your password, your OTP settings, by opening the "Profile" section by clicking on the small (circular) login icon.

- As stated above, you may choose not to provide certain data, but if you do so, you may not be able to take advantage of many of the Micropos Services.

- the complete URL (Uniform Resource Locators) path (including date and time); the number of cookies; page load times, errors in downloading or executing SQL queries, the duration of navigation on certain pages and information about interaction with pages;
- the telephone numbers used to call our Customer Service number;
We may also use device identifiers, cookies, and other technologies on devices, applications, and on our web pages to collect browsing, usage, or other technical information for fraud prevention purposes.
Through the Micropos Services you can access certain data such as, for example:
- personal data contained in the "Profile" section of your "Profile";
- sales data, the result of queries made on the archives of the software produced by Micropos and installed at your premises;
- lists (Products, Variants, Diary) obtained from the queries made on the archives of the software installed at your premises;
What rights do you have?
Subject to applicable law and in some cases, you have the following rights:
- Access and portability. To access your personal data, log in to your Micropos account (crossware.it) and go to "Profile".
-Cancellation. To delete your personal data, log in to your Micropos account and go to Request closure of your account and deletion of your personal data.
- Objection and restriction. To object or ask to limit the use of your personal data, please contact Micropos Customer Service.
-Correction. To correct your personal data, you can also directly edit the OTP option, your name, phone number, and email address in the "Profile" section of the Micropos (crossware.it) page.
- Withdrawal of consent. Once you have provided your consent, you can withdraw it at any time by contacting Micropos, and we will cease any further use of your personal data for that particular purpose.
- You can always contact Micropos, the data controller, to exercise any of your rights.

Micropos Srls. Depending on how you use and interact with our services, Micropos may have access to your data for any of the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We retain your personal data to enable you to continue to use the Micropos Services for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as required by law, such as for tax and accounting purposes, or as otherwise disclosed. As a further example, in relation to cookies, operational cookies remain on your browser for 13 months from your last visit to the Micropos Services, with the exception of cookies used to remember your privacy settings, which may remain on your browser for up to 5 years. Other cookies remain on your browser for 13 months from the time you have given us your consent to use them. You can always delete cookies from your device by following the procedures of the web browser you use.
After the closure of your Micropos account, we will delete your personal data, except in cases where we need to keep it to comply with our legal obligations and defend our rights. We will retain such data for as long as required by law, to establish, exercise or defend against legal claims, and to prevent fraud/ensure security. We may also retain certain personally identifiable information on the account after it is closed, in order to manage these rights and obligations.
